As our name says Sumbaran Foundation for Art & Culture Trust, we work towards preserving art forms and motivating the artists. We give artists a platform by conducting workshops, events, exhibitions etc. To preserve our art and culture we conduct events and motivate artists to take up art forms that are dying. We dedicate our campus for many events which help the artists to participate in many competitions and also work more

Besides this one more objective of our trust is to spread awareness and education with the help of art. To spread awareness among students who will eventually become the future responsible citizens of our country. We work on creating awareness among children with the use of activity based learning on current social burning issues like Child Abuse, Cleanliness, Water Conservation&Sanitation, Environment,Yoga, Disaster Management, Energy and Traffic.

Education and Awareness on these current burning issues is not very familiar in India and not a part of our curriculum .This education to Children is very important today as they are the future of our country. They need to understand various aspects and issues related to these topics and also need to learn about ways and means to deal with it. Education will make the students aware about the problems and also motivate them to take necessary actions to deal with them and to convert them into social habits.

Once the art and craft kits are distributed to the students they carry it with them. They will solve the kits and share their experience and learning with other students, teachers and their parents also eventually educating all of them. Skills, Knowledge and Wisdom lasts for a lifetime. That is what scholars say since ancient time and same goes true with our activity kits. With our books and activity kits; the skills developed, insights found, knowledge gained and Wisdom acquired will remain with the students for a lifetime. These kits works on both i.e. physical and cognitive level of the students making them the sensitive, thoughtful and responsible citizens of our country.

Our target beneficiary are Govt. beneficiaries which belong to poor/slums/rural areas. Their parents cannot afford such kind of material, but these students / children are the future of our country so they need to be educated equally. So with the help of our Art & Craft kits we are serving a social cause
